Congratulations, Steveo22! I agree with DownNDirty that this STUNNING spear point is a Dalton, circa the Early Archaic period, 10,000-9,200 B.P. One this nice really needs to be graded and authenticated by an appraiser of Native American artifacts. It is well worth the small fee involved. Go online and find a trusted appraiser in your area and get-r-done! Whoowee that is a wonderful find...Sub :occasion14:

no cool story but i was helping pull out a friend that was stuck in the mud, i look over and saw some flint, found a broken arrowhead then walking back to vehicle i saw this on the surface
a creek was about 200 yards away and a plantation is very close
