Please understand the regret on the pictures. I did not have access to a regular digital camera and had to use a friend's blackberry. I am not totally familar with the photo program on the phone so the pictures are a little blurry.
I found this one under a tree in a yard hunt. It has very little environmental damage and would likely grade to "f" details. It is a 1923-s walking liberty half dollar. I will try to post better pictures later.

man that is a fantastic find. I love walking liberty halves. I think they are the most beautiful coin the US has ever produced. I also like it when someone here digs one that is pre-1940. Don't get me wrong, I love them all, but it just seems like everyone digs the ones dated in the 40's and earlier ones seem less common to find. congrats! :icon_thumleft:
