Welcome to Treasurenet !!
Either use it discretely in a game of Liar's Poker and/or put it up for sale-- are two alternatives.
If you sell it , check what comparable STAR note bills (Series 1974 from St. Louis) are selling for.
The 2016 Official Red Book values the bill at $160 in EF-40 condition; 192,000 were print

Why is this worth more than $100?

I know nothing about paper money.

For one it's a star note and one with a unique serial number that could be more desirable to collectors.

It is my understanding the original bill with that serial number wasn't printed correctly. It was destroyed and replaced with this bill - that's why it has a "star."

Some people collect them, apparently.

I can't explain why - any more than I can explain why I collect treasure maps and charts...

Good luck to all,
