HOT and DRY,has been for a spell now.Drought is surely taking it's toll on the turf, still plenty to mow in other areas though.

This guy wasn't afraid as I drove right up to the forklift, kinda odd for a crow.

I went down by the river here and see this Green Heron again with a little competition.

Folks will be going home from work today in Arizona in a couple more hours I'm thinking? It's looking like a high of 95 where I'm at. Good thing is a round of showers is expected to come in late this afternoon. I can't take the dogs out though, as they have kennel cough and I took them to the Vet yesterday and they gave me some med's to give them, but it won't cure them as it's only given to prevent it from going into pneumonia. It's like a common cold for dogs and it's going around. The vet said it's contagious to other dogs only and the term "kennel cough" is just a generic term giving to this viral infection to their lungs. Other dogs can get it, the vet said by even being as little as 30 feet away from an infected dog. I'm not hearing any coyote's howling at night lately, so maybe they're all sick with it also?

Haha...now you're committed like I am to getting a closeup. I saw one fly up into a tree this morning but couldn't get a good pic. I will make a post in a bit after I take Miss Daisy for her midday walk.
@Tamrock....I hope the pooches get well soon and are able to get out and chase that bunny soon!
