starter pistol,1899 indian cent

Starter pistol says S.G.S domino 308 made in Italy circa 1960 best I can tell from net.Not sure of value if any.But after a wd40 bath it works when trigger pulled. Not sure how to get barrel open.Or if it even opens.Indian cent is 1899.And button is Philly police 2 piece.The cross is brass.I about st when I pulled the gun out of the hole.I had no idea what it was till guy next door looked at it.1st gun this year. And probably coolest one I ever got as it works.
