Sterling Pegasus, 925 Chain (Italy), No Date IH, a few more "dirt clod stuff".

I worked about 6 hours and came out with these keepers. When I get them cleaned up I’ll post them in this topic. The Pegasus is stamped STER and has a couple other marks. I’ll post a close-up of it, maybe someone will recognize the hallmarks. The chain is mark 925 Italy. No silver coins today.

Gold was not to be had

These rings are costume, I pulled them up today in my quest for Gold and Silver. As far as I can see, there all junk.

Thanks Night Stocker, I found that tool in the hunting area. The pick end use to have an axe head. I shaped it into a small pick with a cutoff tool.

Those are cool photos.

I'm going to bring a mini-maddock to a spot with hard clay tomorrow. Drilling a hole in the handle is a great idea.

Yeap, it's a demo area.
Here's a picture of my finds for Sarturday. I still have to clean up the Pegasus and everything else for that matter.

This is Pegasus all cleaned up. Does anyone recognize the hallmark? The chain was 23 inches.

Wow, those are some GREAT finds. Really like the necklace. They all look real to me.

I think I might have an extra jack hammer if that will help in that hard soil. I thought our
clay soil was tough to hunt in, it can't hold a candle to that stuff.

btw, indian heads are only pennies. The nickels with an indian on one side and a buffalo on the other are "buffalo nickels". Keep it up!
