How much is cheap? This is a older Tesoro water detector and mine worked well but I have upgraded. The Stingray had a motion VLF, none motion TR, and Disc. One of the first water detectors to have a ground balance. Being a water detector it will be heavier than a land detector like the Vequero or Cibola. It also doesn't have a pinpoint mode so you will never be able to touch it with a probe on the first couple tries and in many times a plug is necessary, but you can do well with that non motion TR. If you wanted it for the water, fine, but there will be lots more fun with a land unit.

thanks sandman
cheap would be 200.00 for the stingray, i told him i will pass, i dont need the detector, i was just trying to help someone, i may talk to him about a trade, i understand this man has the big c and he may not be able to get out anymore, but if he does he needs a smaller, lighter machine
