Stove Parts & Fishing Weights are Great--But I'll Take the Silver
After a weekend of digging up some eclectic finds, I decided to go out today and find me some silver.
Then I got caught up in a poker game and wasted most of my day away. Well, it wasn't an entire waste--out of 2000 people I took 3rd place. Since it was a free tournament I only made $17.50, but that's better than nothing, right? So what if it took 6 hours (not quite $3 an hour, for those keeping track)
After I got done taking everyone's chips, I was more than ready to hunt down that silver I had been dreaming of all day, but with not much daylight left to do it.
I did my usual random driving around until my silver sense tingled, then parked and started hunting. I found 36 cents in clad and a 1940 canadian cent, and about 20 minutes in I struck my silver. By then I was starved so I packed up and left to forage for food.
Dang I love silver.
