Strange 1960 D cent

Found a 1960 D that is extradordinarily shiny and silverish looking. It is shiny up to the point of being reflective. Any ideas what it is? Thanks...

I'll do that tomorrow morning.

Found 5 wheats in that box.

Second box... 10 wheats after 9 rolls while copper levels remained around average. Is it odd to find so many wheats while only pulling 7-8 coppers a roll? Off to do the rest!
