Strange Button

I found this today.... I've never seen a button like this one... anyone? all comments are welcome... it might have been gold plated... its fairly light... its not damaged but the image is recessed and the edge and image is raised. no writing on it...

It's a mid1900's sewing button for a shirt or blazer and is probably made of metalized plastic. Fairly common in the '50's and '60s it is hard plastic with a copper like coating over it. They will read good on a detector. Lots of times when they are dug the coating will be peeling away from the plastic
