There I was, traffic whizzing by and I was digging an awesome 1927 Buff! ;D

One of my "hunted out" sites boarders a busy highway. Folks look at me and either honk or laugh.

This site has been worked so hard I'm the only person who even bothers with it anymore.

Here's my total digs today plus some junk.

1 1927 Buff
1 broken cool token :'(
1 horseshoe (the plow horse type giant size) not shown
4 pennies dug together all dated 1944
1 cool old bottle not shown
1 1800's door lock not shown
1 key
1 bullet
3 horse harness buckels (1880-1900 vintage)
1 wheel weight
And my personal favorite a zipper!

Loads of junk plus modern pocket change

HH,

Badger

Nice Buff! This post reminds me of our exploits as kids: whenever we stopped at a light or stop sign, the person on the right side of the car was instructed to look for wheel weights. We gathered quite a collection and melted them down into large ingots. Lead poisoning might explain a few things about me today ;D.

Nice finds!
But, I must admit that if I saw you doing the "happy buff dance" with a horse shoe hanging out of your pouch and a zipper in the other hand, I might honk too! ::)

Nice buffalo. I have found several this year and not one has a readable date without the nic-a-date being added. That's some nice finds for a hunted out site. Nice that you are the only one who does not think it's hunted out. Way to go there!

Nice finds,

Sometimes you got be seen to get the treasure. If there is enough treasure around I don't care what is going on.

I agree with Jer, it don't matter who's around as long as there is treasure in the ground asking to be dug up! Nice buffalo.

I see now it's a BUFFalo thing.
