Sultan's Black Sand Honey Hole Gives Up Pile Of Greenies & Silver
After taking a month off from hunting, yesterday was a welcome day back to the beach...My body though is feeling the affects today from a ton of digging..
The day started off slow down by the water, but I eventually moved up to the black sand and then it heated up really fast..
Anyone who doubts the Excals abilities, can just look at the number of coins I dug yesterday in some really dark black sand..98% of the finds here were all dug in the black...I also learned yesterday , that I don't need to turn down the sensitivity in the black sand, but just to slow my sweep speed down to pick up the targets..At a slow speed I really had almost zero falsing and the coins were very obvious tones...
For starters I found my first Walking Liberty Half Dollar, since returning to the hobby ,,
Here are the results:
TOTALS:
$7.26 in Clad ( 17-Q, 29-D, 11-N & 56-P)
1918 Walking Liberty Half Dollar
1946 Silver Quarter
1999 Turkey 50 Coin
Phila Septa Trolly Token
New York City Souvenir Key
A bunch of Asst Keys, One Sinker & Lure
What a fun hunt to get my blood pumping again !!!
Good Luck to you all and Happy Hunting !!!
