My Sun Ray headphones decided to break a wire in the cord …. Sun Ray told me to send them to John Smith in Tuscaloosa , Alabama for repair …. I called John , got the cost , and shipped them through the post office on a Wed morning … The following Wed. they were in my mailbox , just like new ………. cheap repair too ……. I don't know if he repairs other brands but I highly recommend him …..
