Sun Ray YF-1 Probe

It will greatly reduce your digging time and save you from scratching a potential great coin.

But I would recommend upgrading detectors and then get a probe for your new machine.

I was thinkiing about it but have a Vibra Prob! Its kind of bad since you have to get one for each machine and the vibra prob is water proof! But it too is around $100.00 I just ordered a back up!

Why do you need one for each machine?

Not sure of your question, theloadroom? If you want to know why a different Sunray probe for each detector they make different ones for different brands , machines, connectors. They are mounted to the machine and not easily switched to another detector. As for Daves post I think most serious detctorist have one or more of everything, detector, probes, diggers, headphones. The point being if you go detecting you don,t want to stop until you drop. Especially if you have drove awhile to get there or only have permission to hunt only one time.

My bad, I thought were refering to general probes not the machine specific type, newbie alert!!! :-X as Rosanne Rosanna Danna qouted
"Never mind!"

AO,

thats a lot of probe for using a 250.

I would hold off, have you gotten you 250 yet?

Would suggest starting off with a basic machine and
after you use it a bit, decide which direction you want
to go in.

Just my 2cent worth............

have a good un...........

I do have my 250, I started with a BH Tracker IV and progressed.
I think I may just opt for a hand pinpoint probe.
