Yes, the 8 inch round concentric is considered the "stock" coil for the Alpha/Delta/Gamma...while the Omega had a 5x10 elliptical concentric. The DD is supplied from certain dealers, but is considered an upgraded package and has a higher MSRP.

It's great if you are miles from the nearest overhead power lines.

Could you explain this a little? Do you mean from high tension or do you mean lines 10KV or less in neighborhoods?

Why are heavy duties not supposed to be used? I have a problem with a Delta 4000 that is having a few problems with turning off and on by itself. I now noticed it beeping when off.
