Looks natural to me.

It looks like something someone might use as a landmark, so it wouldn't hurt to run a detector around the area.

Ch,

I was going to say natural but changed my mind after I saw the log propping the larger rock up. there are also a couple pointers on the left and one in the middle.

Can't say more as I can't see the rest of the area in question. And there is no indication of direction.

thanks for your opinions...OD that rock is being pushed up by the tree..
not sure what you mean by pointers... on closer inspection I would have to agree with it being natural....but from a distance it looks like somebody drew the "arrow"...I may just take jbots advise and run the detector around it...can't hurt...thanks again..

it does seem strange that the tree lifted the rock instead of grew around it maybe something was hidden in a hole in the tree and someone plugged the rock in there tight and tha is why it lifted as the tree grew
