Temporary Structures on Placer Claim

Just curious if anyone knows. Can you construct a temporary structure during mining season without filing an NOI? Like a harbor freight "garage" and remove at the end of the season?

I'm in CA on USFS land.

You can do it, but I'd bet they're going to require a restoration bond.

Thanks, I'll likey do one of those instant 10x10s I can take down each trip.
My guess is the less I have to deal with rangers the better.

A canvas tent with a floor will also work if you want to keep the bugs down.

Write the NFS and ask if there is a issue with camping in a tent in your given national forest?
