Hi everyone
I contacted TESORO too day the verify
if they had changed there warranty from being
LIFETIME to 5 yrs since someone on the BOARD
said it had been changed, it is still a LIFETIME
WARRANTY and they do not plan on changeing it
anytime in the FUTURE according too the company owner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tesoro's warranty and service are really hard to beat. I have several Tesoros and a couple of Whites. Have had good service so far from both and haven't needed the warranty, but from time to time a story comes up on the Tesoro forum by a satisfied owner and I haven't seen any complaints.

I bought my Tiger Shark used. I used it once and it started acting funny. Called them and we tried to trouble shoot over the phone. It needed to be sent in. I sent it in and in less than two weeks it was back home. They fixed it for free. Only thing I had to pay for was shipping to them. Can't beat the service. Wish more companies would use Tesorl as an example for customer service.
