"I'm going to Kansas as Dorofey" is what my granddaughter is telling everyone. She was Dorothy and her little sister was the cowardly lion this past Halloween. I've been talking with her about the cattle drive since she loves "Mimi's moos" as she call my cows. We sat here and watch the video 3 times, she mooed with the cows, neighed with the horses, waved to the cowboys, powed with the gunfighters, then learned to use the whip, not knowing how to pop it like I can. Well, when her daddy came to pick her up, she got very upset and crying cause she thought she was leaving that very same night for Kansas.

I got my reservations made...do you? I'm settled in with Motel 6 in South Haven, I have to have rooms with an outside entry...that's my choice.

We might can get a lower discount @ Motel 6, but if you make reservations make sure you mention that you'll with CTH as a participant. I checked the other places, and this was the lowest and of course the closest. I believe by now, Country Inn may be booked...last I talked with Burdie 2 wks ago only 5 rooms were left.

Keep in mind whatever motel you choose, make sure you mention any kind of discount that may apply to you. (AAA, AARP, Military, Seniors) Get rooms early they expect about 1500 people coming into the area Saturday and Sunday for the celebration.

Motel 6 reserved { My Room } will be with tax $ 48. 27 I said downstairs outside also. Like that better. I was # 10 she said ! That price is for a single adult with CTH discount !

If you look on the "Portal" page you will find CTH4 added to the "Events". Register your name here as attending. http://forum.treasurenet.com/index.php/topic,389576.0.html You still have to send the registration form to Burdie. Please make sure you specify as who is attending with you, so enough food is prepared.
