THE DRAGON MINE

Located at 6900 ft in the Tintic District, east Tintic Mts of Juab County, Utah & very remote. Access is very difficult with a rough 4X4 road only. It is primarily a kaolin mine ( Halloysite Clay ) used in the treatment of diarrhea. It is also a past producer of gold & iron. The mine was shuttered in 1974. It is a rough trip up to the site but worth it in The End if you get my drift. PS : This is meant to be humorous.

I'm confused. I thought your mining project was in California and that it was a placer operation.

LOL. It is. We are starting on our own claims July 13. Moving equipment July 6. This is supposed to be a humorous post.

I really don't get it but I wonder if that has to do with the fact that I've actually been to the Dragon Mine in Utah before, the one in Silver City, Juab Co, not Dragon, Uintah Co
