must have been run over by a tractor many times so most of it is missing
looks like someone with his arms up in the air and a bow and arrow drawn and pointed at him ready to shoot him

it kinda does look like a smile

i would like to mention that i've seen other etchings of faces and they have a few things in common,
one of them is that they all seem to have kind of a smile,
in addition, no nose

here is another face etched on a warrior stick
i posted this to illustrate the point i was trying to make about none of the faces i have ever seen around this area have noses
i can't figure out why they wouldn't put a nose on these etchings of faces
any ideas

Very cool pieces Steve. Has the snow melted enough for you to get into the fields yet? I bet there would be a lot of stuff laying around from the winter freeze and thaw. Can't wait to see what you will be finding.
