I couldn't call it done, just yet. The weather gave me a tiny window so I went for a walk. Found about what I expected. The only thing worse than stumbling thru a cornfield is to stumble around in one that has snow on it!!

At least I got something a little different!

Thanks for peeking.
Stay safe!

Very nice WIF. Nice token

I’m glad you were able to get out and walk, Sir WHADI. I don’t think those glasses are going to help fishy and blingie see any better, though. The token is cool.

Great you got out!!

Is that a Bally's Aladdin's Palace token?
Used to be an arcade/ gameroom or something like that...
1976 saw a pinball machine of the same name too.

Nice!! You got in another winter walk.
Nice interesting bunch of finds.
So did you check to see if the eye glass frames are marked silver? And is that stone a garnnet?
Still the clad pile grows.
Fishy is happy. Blingie needs more beauty rest anyhow.

Nicely done Sir, nicely done!

Yep, exactly.
Thanks!

No markings, it is non-magnetic. I'll have to check further.

Umm....what stone? :icon_scratch:

Thanks!

Smashing....The Ultimate Party Place, how could you ask for better.

Why are you finding all those clad quarters in a cornfield? What went on there to leave all those behind? Farmers with holes in their pockets? Makes me wonder. Gary

The answer to that very question, has troubled me too, for a long, long time!! :)

I've said before, If I was dropped inside the perimeter of King Tut's tomb, I would *STILL* find clad!!!! :dontknow:

When I'm out there I'm always saying, "Hmmm...quarter hit. I wonder if its from farmer Johnny come lately or from farmer Aalouwishes P. Coltrane! " :laughing7:

But, with this current place there is something even more odd about the clad I'm finding. Not all, but the majority of all of it, from 1970 to 1979!! Sure, some newer but almost *nothing* from earlier! So strange! :icon_scratch:

I might could understand if there was a lot of fill dirt but, there's not. :dontknow:

Anyhoo, thanks for the inquiry!
Merry Christmas!

That's a cool token!! I've dated a few and none of them could sing:icon_scratch: merry Christmas to all.

Congrats, I just love tokens for some reason. Probably just because it's a nice break from the endless clad. :dontknow:

I wonder if there might have been a fair or carnival that stopped here years ago or even a roadside stand?
If it was an corn maze years ago, look for participants that couldn't find the exit.
They might be mummified! :laughing7:

You're a Lucky Duck!
I was hoping someone would tie the fat lady up where I live, but she sang already. The snow has melted but the ground is frozen solid...
