The Hartmann grid size... please help.

Hi All,

Please help with a hint if it is possible.
I measured the Hartmann grid size and it si not 2.5x2 meters more or less. It is around of 20-30 cm.
Am I wrong ?

It is suggested that it is 2.5meters
