Yes it is a Thebes, can't quite figure out the material though, might be Burlington which is common for the type, but we don't find much of it in Ohio.
Here is another she found on the same day, yeah she's hooked.

Its a very nice find she made. Always good to get the wife involved in the hobby side of it now you can go together and enjoy more of it.
