"THE MAD HATTERS TEA PARTY,MARBLES,SILVER,ODDITIES {CIRCA 1900}

Hi all, heres the other relics found at the reserver today and the shilling{coin} is to show the different between bad ground and better ground finds.the coin was found late last year.The tea strainer is silver and the match-holder is silver.I think the Box Ironbark Gumtree must give off a chemical that reacts with the pipe -clay and just destrorys items.Anything steel or mild iron just roots away. >:( >:( >:(. Found a part of a Riemanns Northlight[lamp]
2 marbles one brown,the other blue,Small enbossed bottle[2 seemer] with an "M" one it which means aussie made 1900.Sander & Sons Eucalypti Extract and tea pot lid Bendigo pottery 1900.

Nice finds!

We were doing some trench work here a few years back and found a bunch of old clay marbles in the dirt.

They were real cool but I don't know how much fun they would have been to play with.

Not one of them was exactly round.

Nice finds, and the shilling too. I always thought that was one of the nicest coins ever minted in the world. Hard to see the date though. Could we see a close up. Thanks if you can.
