✅ SOLVED The Mystery begins ???

So, today went to the beach with my Daughter scored some clad and this thing popped up?
is it a token of some sort?? It has an Eagle with stars above it on the front...on the back
it has Accompany the Bear? I think. Have a look an see if any of you can tell me what this might be.. It's pretty cool, 1st. mystery find
