Hello! I don't know if its common or not, but it sure is a nice bottle I assume that its St Joseph's medicine company. Same one that makes the chewable aspirin for children. I have dug a few screw top types, nothing as nice though Thanks for sharing! Paul

pretty common but cool none the less...i believe they held flavorings or extracts
