First, let me say that to all the charter members who would say that I should only have posted this in the charter members only section, that I would have donated to this site without any recognition, special areas or special privileges. I love this site! I would not be anywhere near as informed if it weren't for treasurenet! I love this site for what it is: it's a community for sharing information relating to all aspects of treasure hunting! This is a vast repository of info and it would be a crime if it was lost! I will do what I can to keep it afloat! That being said, if this was a pay site, I would never have discovered how great it is! I ask that folks give what they can after they find out for themselves what a great place this is! HH omnicognic 8)

For those who aren't aware of the challenge I threw down before I left here it is:

I'm leaving tomorrow May 31st to go to St Augustine, we currently have 56 charter members as I post this. If we get 10 more charter members before I get back on Thursday night June 2nd, I will shave my head and post it in mug shots!

The goal before June 2nd at 8:00 EDT is 66!

I guess I picked the right time to become a Charter Member. I was number 61.
I didn't see your post but if I did that only would have been more reason to join the ranks.

hey omni, if you decide to do this again... so many members in a certain time... I think you should throw out there that you will metal detect in a PUBLIC place for a day with a long blonde wig!!! my goodness I would probably have to fly down just to see that!!
