Oh they made 90 percent silvers in '65. Here I was looking at the way liberty on the bottom one is over lapping on top of the outer ring of the coin

My women noticed the difference so i started looking it up an wanted some opinions before i get to happy lol if anybody seen my post about the silver 43 penny i did u kno wat i mean hahahahaha

Look for a copper rim. If a rim is bi-colored(copper and nickel) then it's clad. A silver planchet's edge will only show silver and no other color.

I look at the edges of dimes and quarters every time I get change.

You could post it up in the coin forum here on TreasureNet and see the responses. Coins
Then maybe I'd take it to my coinshop guy and ask what he thinks to confirm, and if I should send it to be graded.
Just wouldn't like the idea of it floating out of my sweaty fingers. Just me though.
