You're welcome tonight we're cooking up some stuffed jalapeno peppers(we don't top with the chips at the end).
We also cooked up some salmon because not enough peppers for a whole meal.

Then as a side dish I'll be sauteeing some lambs quarter I picked after lunch with some chopped garlic, salt and pepper.

It's basically a wild spinach substitute nice and tasty.
