Now I'm not saying this a recommended practice, but when there's a spot in the field that needs a digging.
Send himself out at night wearing one of these.
By the weekends you'll be a happy bunny

Well yesterday I got a call regarding the dump truck.
"No time", lights, signals, dump works.
Going tow it over

By 5pm I knew that wasn't going to happen.
They need to move it by tomorrow as the closing is happening soon.

Good news I got the dump truck for 1/2 price.
Bad news I have to get it going-(time to play mechanic worth $1250?)
Ford ignition has a mechanical shaft on the backside that controls the wiring box?

It sounds like all french to this pirate also :icon_scratch:
All I know it's a 1997-450 ford
Never to be road worthy that's for sure.

Rain has stopped now so maybe this will happen today.
Skid steer is going to happen before the end of tomorrow :hello2:

Kind of like getting kid excited getting a new toy.

Black flies are out in full force-not liking those nipping little creatures.

If you need a place to store the skidsteer. With key....
I could start it up and move it around at intervals.

Similar to what you mentioned is discussed here..
[Okay if we're address this no-crank condition except after repeated starting tries it could be due the sliding contact switch or the interconnecting rod from the ignition key lock cylinder, all located on or inside the steering column.]

Got out for a pull tab hunt yesterday and was getting dangerously close to not being able to put the lid on the jar, then...finally!
That was a long dry spell for gold.
And yes, that sucker rang up at 27 on the Legend, right there in pull tab country.

Time to empty the jar and start over.

I'm trying to buy a late model (2022 or newer) 4 wd pickup. Dealing with these car dealers makes me feel like a snake charmer. I find something on line that looks promising at a decent? price, but by the time they add all their stupid fees it's 4-5 k more. I'm getting aggravated!! 😠

We they've really butchered the column.
They only had 2 more screws to take the ignition out.
Seems that they thought more complicated.
So I will order a ignition set.
Put it back together, and see if it starts.

Man, used pickups are in such high demand right now, the dealership emailed me and said they would buy back my 2021 Tundra TRD Pro for more than I paid for it three years ago!

The thing i love most about himself is his innocence… when we are kitted up ready to set off detecting (ear phones on) i i always manage to put me shovel next to his coil so he gets a massive hit in his ears .. like ive done it by accident… well yesterday… i got him to queue up with the kids to have his picture taken with these 2 statues in the park 😂😂 .. bless his little socks 😂 xx
You got a good-looking man there in himself! congratulations!
