This was a short 3 hour hunt after work yesterday. We continued our grid pattern from where we left off & we have now completed 50% of the known mapped scatter/site.
We were hoping for a Roman Silver & got a very debased one for our efforts, so maybe next time we will get a better one, although its a late site so who knows....
Surprisingly, & against the odds we got 2 more hammered! To put it in perspective, for this field, we started the first year with 2, 2nd year with 1 & 3rd year with 0. We now have had 4 in 2 outings!

18 Roman Bronze Coins
Roman Tweezers (broken)
Roman Pin Head
Roman Whatzit (we are calling drinking spout)
Roman Whatzit2 (we are calling strap-end bit)
2 Hammered - Henry VI halfpenny & unknown voided long cross cut qrter, maybe Henry III
Debased Roman Silver of Sev. Alex.

Somehow by the title, I didn't think they would be Rosies.
Killer finds, as always!
