Got out detecting for about 3-4 hours on three days this week. went to a favorite farm. weather here in UK being very mild for Feb, and dry with it. found 8 silvers in all - very pleased with them.

1. Celtic Silver unit approx 50BC.
1. Roman Silver Denarius Antoninus Pius . Victory standing.with branch and palm. Rome. 143./144. AD.
3. Edward pennies either Edward 1 2 or 3 (not real sure) approx 1200/1300.
1. Edward Groat as above.
1. Edward broken farthing . one of either Edward 1 2 or 3.
1. Elizabeth three pence dated (above shield) 1566. AD.

Somebody get me a kleenex, I have to dab my chin from drewling:) Wow those finds are phenominal! I can't even imagine digging one coin that old but all of them would be to much! Great finds!

Yes it is , l like to go really slow and hope l don't miss much. (takes me 1 hour to do one length of the field) Hutch.
