THERE'S ALWAYS SOMETHING TO BE FOUND

At my Grandpa's house today in HI Trash setting I managed this Masonic Temple token.

I was expecting another penny when this giant token just thud in my hand. I about drop dead. I thought it was a silver dollar.

I did do the crazed one legged happy dance. Washed it off and discovered this token:

It reads: Masonic Temple, Mitchell, So. Dakota
The other side says: DEDICATION Oct. 28th 1925

Any help would be great.
I also found a key, marble and four clad pennies.

Thanks for looking. Any help on cleaning would be grand.

Actually the token was found in the front part of the yard of the main house. The key was found in the alley where the first picture was taken from.

Nice finds Fish,

My Uncle lived in Mitchell, the site of the famous Corn Palace. Nice little town or about 20,000.

See it there is a Masonic Temple online and drop them an email. maybe someone there would like to buy it from you.

Re: THERE'S ALWAYS SOMETHING TO BE FOUND

That's funny you say that. I did email them today. Just waiting for the reply. I will also check with the historical society in town and
see if they have any info on the original owner. It's neat to find out the past of tokens and see who the owner's were.
