well it could be SC as someone else has posted already, or could be Florida. trade tokens rarely traveled far from their origin points (though there are some dramatic exceptions to that rule of thumb).
( dug trade tokens tend to stay closer to home than non dug tokens)

there are some B&L Farms tokens from Florida, as well as other "farms" tokens from Florda:

forgot to mention that I checked my old Florida trade token book by C.R. Clark (dated 1980) and no ref to your token there.
