You should re-think the school bus idea if you want time to detect. JMO Buy a used RV or camping trailer.

just updating, well this summer is on hold for the great lakes beach detecting
my sis broke her hip yesterday and needs help with the recuperating, since im
retired, im in the better position for helping to therapy around the house ect
the kids and her ex said they would help too, but they work fulltime and dont
live close enough to help but maybe once or twice a week and some wkends
guess after 3 wks of hospital and rehab, she is looking at 2 months for full
recovery and getting around good no walker or a cane

whew, sis had a med reaction and convulsions 2 days b4 going to rehab
all is good now out of icu and the stepdown, took a little over a week
dam scary couldnt talk shaking for 3 days, motor control loss, crazy
now in rehab should be home in 3-4 wk less maybe

I used it years ago and then it was only 7$ - 13$ to pitch a tent.

back in the 80s i did koa, still hoping to get a month or 2 in around lake erie
prob only on the wkends though couple times a month, will see how ir goes
