Weekly beach hunt with Bigmike and Davidfl and it was a good one. Im on a little streak, third straight hunt with a gold and silver and that's rare for me. I got two rings, a little 1.9 gram claddagh ring marked .925 that's a little different than any Ive seen. Eight hours into the hunt I look in the scoop and see that color I love. I didnt expect gold today so I was really happy to see it. Its not marked and looks custom made. It tests for 14k and is 4.1 grams. David got an earring marked .375, a silver toe ring and a really nice heavy gold band, marked .750 .He also found a mans tungsten wedding band that came off his finger, in waist deep water, when he threw a Frisbee. He got a reward and bought a pizza for everyone on the way home. He missed last weeks hunt so Im glad he had a good day. I also got a nice Gerber pocket knife that bell toned, I felt it with my foot and picked it up off the bottom...good luck to everyone.

Looks like you had a great day getting Gold and Silver in the same day. That Love ring looks like an old one.

Things are Looking Up for Looking Down! That Irish Cladaugh ring is very different from any I have found. Congratulations on your hunt. Nothing takes that tiredness feeling away better than finding gold in the scoop. Seems to give you a burst of energy.
