Went to an older property (with permission) yesterday, went over about a quarter of it. Got an excellent hit, in the high 90‘s on my at pro, dug and at about 9", saw the corner and the glint of gold. About crooked!! Glad I didn't as it was a large plated medallion advertising a medcine! The plating was worn completely off on the reverse side. Maybe next time, lo. The token is from an amusement park or long past carnival. Only clad and memorials otherwise. I really don't understand some folks complaining about the at pro depth...I'm digging pennies at a measured 9" with a good solid signal! Truthfully, at my age,not very interested in digging up to my elbow for a coin!

Nice finds. I always have that same reaction when I see a glint of gold in the hole and it doesn't turn out to be gold. :laughing7: I like those star shaped tokens. Always fun to find.
