You found one of the most RARE dug coins! When I found mine, I thought it was a cuff button because it is so small, I didn't even know these little silver coins existed!
Congrats on the great finds!

Love the 3 cent coin! It's in nice shape for having been buried for over a century.

Nice 1851 three cent. They are 1/3 the weight of a dime, really tiny and easy to lose. Dug up one in a corn field and one in the woods last summer, both 1853. Both gave high/medium tones, the signal was good enough to dig. Hoping to find another but fat chance.

You found some nice keepers . 1812 button is a nice dig and those little 3 cent silvers are often passed over by diggers not concentrating on the weak signals . I found one on top that I could not see < no hand pin pointer at that time >, that tiny @#$%^ blended in with the dirt so well that I figured it was lead so I left it . Months later and I am sure 10 hunts later it was still there and I was lucky enough to pin point that little sucker . Sure enough an 1853 Three cent silver , as black as the Ace of spades ! 8-) Get back out there soon . CMD
