Thumbs Up for a Couple Firsts!

Got out with Tony for the day to a couple sites and managed a few decent finds. My favourite is the barrel tap key...someyhing I have not been able to cross off the list until today. The other first is the thumb...and I have no clue what it is. Part of an older prosthesis maybe...

It was a great day out and looking forward to doing it again real soon!

I think your thumb could have been painted flesh coloured and part of a magic trick. I remember when I was a wee lad my dad had a plastic thumb like that and he would entertain me haha. Maybe something like this?

Might be a thumb thimble...I wasn't sure at first because of the lack of dimples but found this one on line.
