Well time and tide wait for no man. And it's the same in detecting. The crops in the fields now are sprouting, that means the end, for this year. With the tide of green descending, two last second sessions produced these coins. The damage to most of the hammered coins, shows they came from a stony field. Be interesting to see what summer searching produces. Off to Crete in the morning (detecting banned).

What is the left facing profile "Rosa" hammered? I recognize the others.
Seems you're only going to take a break. Bet there will still be a stack waiting next season. Great hunting!

Hello DMN, it's an Elizabeth I, half groat, sixth or seventh issue, 1582/1602, London mint.
