Titanium and 14K & Big Earring

The south wind called me to the beach. I found Jessica's earring on the way to the main hunting area. Its not looking good as far as gold no mark post looks SS too wet to test. The ring is a titanium W/14K band throughout! 2.8 grams.Clad was about 3 bucks. The earring weight is 15.6 grams!

Does titanium have any resale value or is it just like tungsten and stainless steel? Nice ring regardless and heavy earring.

Well all rings have a resale value. Titanium rings while cheaper than gold they are several hundred dollars at the jewelers. Re sale they go for 25 bucks and up if they are nice enough. This one has 14K band all the way around it. I might be able o resell it for more?

The earring turned out to be 10K after removing the wet sand from inside the earring it weighed 9.3 grams and fetched $162.00 scrap.

Nice earring! I have been amazed at the weight of some of these gold hoop earrings with the names across them. Scrap out at more than many rings do. Well done
