lesjcbs, I never saw this thread until now.

Someone on that thread (not me) brought up dowsing . Not sure how what that ever had to do with whether or not cameras can see gold, haha. And I did not read all the earlier pages on the years old conversation there. I just saw something on someone's post that I commented on. When it was already well into the discussion.

In any event: Not sure what you are driving at. And I can not comment on dowsing here. As this forum section is strictly for the 'Pro' view, as you know.

uh, what word substitutes then ? "believer" ? Point is, this isn't the forum for dissenting views. Not sure how that is "b.s.". It's a great idea to have a forum where only ... uh.... "affirming" views are allowed.

Tom I highly suggest you drop it and move on, this is the dousing forum, not debate forum.

Hey Tom what were you saying about researching an area and you could have better finds. I don't know if that's true or not, but could you do some research in my area and tell me where to hunt at. Thanks in advance

You mean "areas to search" derived at by dowsing? Verses areas to search derived at from researching history for "most likely areas" ? And do you mean to study this in-so-far as to determine if each method arrives at the same type spots (with which to swing a detector to "pinpoint" at) ?

Sorry. Can't address that here on this forum. Post on another forum where any such "more plausible explanations" can be discussed.

Question. :icon_scratch: When did the Dowsing forum turn into "The Big Bang Theory"? Was reading the posts and the had the TV on in the background and it hit me!!! :laughing7: Think! we even have a Sheldon! :tongue3::tongue3: If you're not familiar with the show, watch or stream a couple of episodes and tell me who Sheldon reminds you of. :tongue3::hello:
