found a nice compact with makeup and mirror still in tact . Got a eagle button the otherside says waterbury button co. And also a tag that has many names on it and appears to be CFC on the top any info would be appriciated

just wanted to know if anyone knew anything about the tag with the names on it. On the top it says CVC and all the other writing is just names of people. There are 7 names. Could this be some kind of club? The writing is stamped into the object not raised like a coin would be........ Also anyone know possible date of the button. The back says waterbury button co.

Button looks just like the one I found the other day in my yard. The back of mine reads " SCOVILLE MFG CO WATERBURY". Someone posted on mine that it was a Civil War button. Here are a couple links to help date.
