Tom Mix Spinner Coin

For a long time I had this thing and didn't know what it was. I was looking at it one day and noticed that when I would spin the "coin" I could see that it said "Good Luck" while it was spinning. You could also see the "TM" trademark in the center of the coin.
It probably dates from the mid 30's to the mid 40's.

Here are two TOM MIX rings that I have found over the years with my detector. One has a sterling silver insert.

I have the same thing, but only the coin, not the part that holds it. Thanks! I had no idea what it was untill now.
