Toned coins

I'm not much on toned coins till I picked up this one!!! 1878 S Morgan.. It's not valuable as far as the as the year goes, but has eye appeal for days!! The picture won't even come close as the mint luster is still there..Now I need to find a good deal on a CC to complete my 1878 collection..

thats kinda funny you bring that up I found a couple pennies that look like that some kind of metalic rainbow coating.

Finally have a set of 78s.. 2 are the 7 over 8 tail feathers..

Some collectors love toned coins more than everything else. Even if Red Book suggest a value I have known collectors that would pay alot more just for the toning. Look some up on EBAY.
