Tony Salerno Good for 5c Token?

I found this Token about 12 years ago or so. On the front it says Tony Salerno Good for 5c. The back is completely blank. I can't remember where I found it when I was a kid. I tried google searching, and searching here on the forum, but could not find any information other than Tony Salerno the mafia guy. Has anyone ever seen one of these, or have any information on it?

It is listed in Schenkman's WV Book with the note, "A 1922 directory lists Antonio Salerno as owner of a general store" (in Wyatt). Schenkman shows it as value "B" - $10-25.
