.......yep, she's been itching to go swimming all summer & today's the day. The kids are at camp, mom wanted to sleep in & I was ready to go jump in a lake.
That's priceless my friends.....
OK.....here's the leaving time:
Yep, it's tough to read, but, it does say 6:23am. my bride thought I was crazy, but, you know how we hunters are.........
OK, here's what greeted me along the way......who cares, right??
I'm going to get wet anyway.....
I want to show you my pet Tiger before going for a swim:
I use my homemade sifter & scoop because the lakes are full of clay & mud...
Here's the rest of the equipment:
water here in the midwest at 7am is still too cold for me.
Gotta use these babies....
Shoes are little wierd looking, huh?? Who cares? I don't.
Spent 7 hours in the water today & it rained almost all morning. I retrieved about 75 signals & here's all the targets found:
I can't remember if I've shown these or not, but, here in the midwest, there's some kind of a quilting group that loves to decorate barns in our area. Here's an example for your enjoyment:

Batteries died or I'd show you the other side of the above barn.
OK, on to the goodies......
Found about 25 clads, a junk ring & junk earring, plus a 10K gold.

I get a rare chance to get wet again tomorrow & I'm going to take mt pet for another swim!
