That looks a lot like the Fisker's tool. If the blade and handle are one piece it is probably a good digger. If not you might run into problems in my experience. Monty

I must give my recommendation for the Jackson digger as well. I just picked one up for 20 bucks here and the think is really heavy and well built; coming with a holster as well! One side is serrated and sharp for digging through grass, the other side is blade-like.
