Hey friends!

I got together with my cousin today for a little detecting at a old train depot he was telling me about. We started out very slow but about an hour into it I found a cool good luck token with the penny still in it! I have dug these before but not with the penny still attached. it was a 1946 wheat. Then a short walk further down I fould a cool horse shoe pendant with diamonds. But my best find is this awesome 1847 stamped rogers brothers silver fork. It is pretty heavy. I couldnt believe it when I cleaned it up and it read 1847! thats the oldest thing I have ever dug! I think its really neat. any how wish you guys the best next hunt! GOOD LUCK!! :icon_thumright:

Nice finds. Never found one of those token pennies. Thats really neat. Gotta love the fork too. 1847 was a long time ago.....great find.
